What is your loaner policy?
Our patient-first approach ensures that if a prosthetic device experiences hardware or software issues covered by warranty, we are here to support you every step of the way. In the event of such issues, clinicians should promptly reach out to our dedicated team at support@brainrobotics.com. We will coordinate the necessary repairs and provide a loaner prosthesis, allowing users to maintain their daily activities without interruption.
How do you collaborate with healthcare providers?

How can I become certified to fit Kneuro? Does the certification provide CEUs?
Prior to fitting a Kneuro microprocessor knee, clinicians must complete the Kneuro Certification Course provided by BrainRobotics. This course ensures that clinicians have the necessary knowledge to effectively fit and program Kneuro for their patients, while providing CEUs for professional credentials.
How do I schedule a Kneuro trial?

Is Kneuro programmable through an app? How do you activate Bluetooth?
The Kneuro microprocessor knee is programmed through the use of an app with iOS and Android compatibility. The Kneuro app allows clinicians to customize Kneuro and its functionality to best suit their patient's unique gait characteristics and stability requirements. Additionally, through the Kneuro app users are able to push remote firmware updates ensuring that the device is operating at optimal levels. Which feet are compatible with Kneuro?

What is the service life of Kneuro?

Do you sell cosmetic covers for Kneuro?
We do not currently offer a cosmetic cover for the Kneuro knee. Stay tuned for updates and news on the availability of a Kneuro cover in the near future!
Can I shower with my knee?
We do not recommend showering with your knee. Kneuro's IP67 rating indicates that it should only be submerged for up to 30 minutes, and exposure to soap, chlorinated water, and other corrosive liquids should be avoided.
What kind of maintenance does my prosthetic device require?
It is recommended that users regularly clean their prosthesis with a soft, damp cloth using fresh water. For users' safety and optimal functionality of the prosthesis, it is necessary to conduct maintenance (including servicing and inspection) every 36 months.
