To better support BrainRobotics' customers and their patients, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CP/CPO) to cover the western part of the US. This role requires up to 75% travel and prefers candidates with well-rounded experience in both upper and lower limb prosthetics. Qualifications

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role on the BrainRobotics team. This role will focus on distilling various data sources and translating it into pragmatic sales and marketing enablement tools and processes. This position will oversee the systems, tools, and strategies needed for an effective go to market, ensuring that the sales and marketing teams have the resources and data they need to maximize performance. This position will help Leadership overcome business challenges, keep the sales reps highly engaged and work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Legal and HR teams).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales engagement by reporting on performance, tracking and managing suggested actions to sales leaders to support sales productivity
- Train sales reps on how to use market and CRM data, providing them with key insights and developing strong relationships to support success
- Build and automate Sales Reports, CRM and Business Intelligence dashboards to identify and track opportunities, priority customers and sales performance
