Service Technician

This entry-level role supports product inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of robotic prosthetic devices. The technician collaborates with engineering and operations teams to inspect products, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products and components
  • Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues in devices
  • Perform basic repairs, part replacements, and device adjustments
  • Support troubleshooting under senior technicians' guidance
  • Document inspection results, repair activities, and testing outcomes
  • Organize service parts, repair tools, and workstations
  • Ensure devices meet operational standards before shipment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Basic electronics or mechanical systems knowledge
  • Ability to work with small components and precision tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced environments

Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on HR professional to support day-to-day human resources functions including recruiting, compensation, training, employee relations, and compliance while enabling organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Strategy Support - Review and optimize organizational structure for business alignment; evaluate workforce allocation and headcount planning; provide HR insights supporting company growth
  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition - Support full-cycle recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and corporate functions; define job requirements with hiring managers; standardize interview processes and manage onboarding
  • Compensation & Benefits - Develop compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks; conduct salary benchmarking and maintain internal equity; oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination
  • Training & Development - Support onboarding and compliance training; assist performance management processes; identify skill gaps and coordinate development programs
  • Culture & Compliance - Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives; handle employee relations matters professionally; ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years progressive HR experience including recruiting and compensation
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience in medical device, manufacturing, robotics, or technology sectors
  • Startup or scale-up HR process-building background
  • HR analytics and workforce planning tool familiarity
