Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products and components
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues in devices
- Perform basic repairs, part replacements, and device adjustments

Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Strategy Support - Review and optimize organizational structure for business alignment; evaluate workforce allocation and headcount planning; provide HR insights supporting company growth
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition - Support full-cycle recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and corporate functions; define job requirements with hiring managers; standardize interview processes and manage onboarding
- Compensation & Benefits - Develop compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks; conduct salary benchmarking and maintain internal equity; oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination
