Due to the rapid growth at BrainRobotics we are looking for someone experienced that can help us with our day to day logistics and distributions issues. This position will mainly be responsible that the correct product is shipped on time, both for domestic and international shipments. We are a fast paced environment that requires 100% onsite work at our facility near the domain area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare orders, pack items, and generate labels and shipping documents
- Ensure shipments meet DOT, IATA, and international compliance standards
- Enter data into shipping portals and track deliveries
- Handle receiving, documentation, and internal distribution of incoming shipments
- Serve as point of contact for lost or delayed packages
- Support tradeshow logistics and non-inventory (MRO) shipments
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient workspace and storage areas
- Assist with inventory organization, movement, cycle counts, and audits
- Ensure availability of shipping materials and consumables
- Prepare export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, BOL)
- Coordinate with carriers, ensure proper labeling, and confirm export compliance
Qualifications
- Multiple years of shipping domestic or international
- 100% onsite, local applicants only
- Medical device background preferred
- Experience with entering transactions in ERP's (SAP Business One experience is a plus)
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to plan, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The team is now looking for an experienced Office Manager, reporting directly to the President. This position will strongly contribute as a cultural lead in the office, assisting with events, facilities management, with involvement in nearly all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and liaising with vendors
- Draft, review, and maintain internal documents such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and office policies
- Plan and execute internal and external company events, including offsites, team-building activities, and holiday parties
- Manage relationships with office vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed
- Develop office policies and procedures - ensure they are implemented appropriately

To better support BrainRobotics' customers and their patients, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CP/CPO) to cover Texas and the south central part of the country. This role requires up to 75% travel and prefers candidates with well-rounded experience in both upper and lower limb prosthetics. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a startup environment and grow with a company that has strong immediate potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in Texas and the south central part of the US, ability to travel up to 3 weeks per month (75% of overall work time)
- Develop and deliver user training, consultation, and troubleshooting support, both in-person and virtually, for clinicians and patients utilizing BrainRobotics technology
- Implement educational curricula, such as live and virtual courses, onsite clinical seminars, sales training, and technical presentations and workshops at industry meetings
- Assist with patient care activities and manage complex prosthetic fittings through strategic customer visits
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries from users, clinicians, and internal teams
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- ABC Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist with at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with a focus on prosthetics
- Residential location within Texas
- Strong, presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information
